Get your game on with Augusta Sports Leagues’ men’s and co-ed basketball leagues. These friendly, fun leagues allow you to sneak in a workout, have a good time, and improve your shot -- all while making friends and meeting new people.
ASL’s basketball leagues are offered year-round, with league start dates at the beginning of each season. Games are held at facilities and venues listed on the individual league's site. Games are currently offered on Tuesday and Wednesday. Teams will rotate playing at different times every week. Each men’s and co-ed basketball team will have about ten players, with two women required to be on the court at all times for the co-ed league. We provide team t-shirts, referees, and game schedules so that you can simply enjoy the game. After the match, head to one of ASL’s sponsor restaurants or bars for discounts on food and drinks. Basketball Registration
Sign up as a team or a free agent (individual or small group), and get ready for seven regular season games, plus an end-of-season playoffs. If you’re new to the league and signing up as a free agent or small group, no need to worry about being benched. NSL places hundreds of free agents on teams every season, and will do our best to put you in a group that’s both welcoming and fit to your skill level.
Already have a group of friends, and want to join as a team? Determine your team captain and register as a team. A team captain can pay the entire team fee or split it up so that each player on the team can pay his or her portion.
Cost:
Team Fee - $50 per player, 10 paid spots required
Additional Player Fee - $27.50 (additional players participating in 2 or more games)
Free Agent Fee - $60 *Free Agents will be placed on a team with other free agents.

2 Divisions:
A Division: Competitive Play - Competitive play for teams that have played together.
B Division: Social/Rec Play - Competitive and designed for new teams or those just looking to get back into playing basketball.
For players over 10 on a team Extra Player Fee - $32.50 (additional players participating in 2 or more games)
*Potential dates of play, not including but not limited to any cancellations, inclement weather, facility constraints or playoff formats
*ASL reserves the right to schedule makeups and playoffs on days/nights other than regular days/nights.
**ASL reserves the right to move league to another location based on availability of gym or final number of teams registered. No refunds will be given if league location is changed.
**ASL reserves the right to schedule cross-divisional games based on number of teams registered.
Captains must submit schedule requests by first date of play. Such as only playing on a certain day of the week or playing early or late games for important reason.
Jerseys: Teams provide their own jerseys. See rules for jersey requirements.
